👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C) 🌡️. Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips in the bottom of the pie crust 🍫.
Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the chocolate chips 🍌.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the bananas 🍓.
In a saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil 🥛🍚🌽🌿🧂.
Pour the mixture over the strawberries in the pie crust, making sure to cover them completely.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Let the pie cool to room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
Top with whipped cream and additional sliced strawberries, if desired 🍓🍦.
