Pecan upside down cake!!

🍰🍴😋 Have you ever tried a cake that’s so delicious you can barely stand it? And have you ever made something that you’re shocked turned out so good? This Pecan Upside-Down Bundt Cake is one of those recipes! It looks fancy, but it’s made with a boxed cake mix, so half the work is done for you.
The moist, not-too-sweet cake pairs perfectly with the crunchy, nutty, pecan pie-like topping. And the best part? The flip!
Ingred*ents 📝:
Yellow cake mix: 1
Vanilla pudding: 1 packet
Eggs: 3
Oil: 1/2 cup
Water: 1 cup
Light brown sugar: to taste
Pecans: to taste
Butter: 1 stick
Preparation 🍳:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
Grease a Bundt pan with baking spray.
Melt butter in a sk*llet.
Cover the bottom of the pan with light brown sugar and layer pecans over the butter and brown sugar.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and water. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour the cake batter over the pecans in the pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
Allow to cool before flipping onto a plate.
